Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the channels listed on our Contact page and will be confirmed by us in writing.
After the 24-Hour Window
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy and follow the return procedure once the order has been received.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom-made, made-to-measure and altered items cannot be cancelled after production has started. If you wish to cancel such an order, you must do so within the 24-hour window and before we have begun cutting, fitting or alteration work.
Personal Styling Appointments
Personal styling sessions and private fitting appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be charged in full at our discretion.
Cancellations by Curvy Q
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address falls outside our service area, or where the order would breach our Terms & Conditions. In such cases a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
