Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days from the date your returned item is received and inspected by us, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, hangtags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded: intimate apparel, swimwear, pierced jewellery, custom-made or made-to-measure pieces, alterations, final-sale items and gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping & Restocking

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to large or made-to-order items where stated at checkout.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us via the details on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within one working day.
