These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Curvy Q Ladies Fashion website (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase or enter into a binding contract with Curvy Q Ladies Fashion. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, and any contract formed between you and Curvy Q Ladies Fashion, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
3. Sanctions & Export Compliance (OFAC)
Curvy Q Ladies Fashion complies with all applicable UAE, United Nations and U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations. We do not sell, ship or otherwise provide products to individuals, entities or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. By placing an order you confirm that you are not a sanctioned person and that delivery to your address does not violate any applicable export controls or sanctions program.
4. Products, Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products and correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time prior to acceptance of an order. Colours and finishes shown on the Site may vary slightly from the physical product.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where delivery would breach these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs and the Curvy Q name and stylised "Q" — is the property of Curvy Q Ladies Fashion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Curvy Q Ladies Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or any product purchased. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
