Delivery Policy

Physical Products

We deliver physical products (garments and accessories) across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 working days within Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and 2–4 working days for the Northern Emirates. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your address. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Personal Styling & Services

For personal styling sessions, private fittings and other services booked through Curvy Q, the service is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and a written booking confirmation has been issued by us via email or message. No service is reserved or guaranteed prior to payment confirmation. Confirmed appointments will be scheduled at our flagship boutique at Abu Dhabi Mall, or at a mutually agreed location, on the date and time stated in the confirmation.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid contact number. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or access is refused, redelivery may incur an additional charge. Uncollected orders may be returned to our boutique and held for collection.
